New Board fired back.. Old board served with cross motion. Old Boards attorney Rourke was served with a cross motion, basically asking the court to declare all board since inception at Grandview invalid and illegitimate, since unit owners in arrears was prevented from voting. This is not in the bylaws. ONeill just cannot go around making his own illegal law, using it for 20 years, they when caught, its becomes legal as past practice, grandfathered in.
