New Coffee Alert! This is the time of year when coffee really starts rolling in. Our Direct Trade El Sals are still preforming well but to those we have our first Direct Trade Guatemala of the season (one of five this season) from our long-time Direct Trade partner, the famed Finca El Injerto. This 100% Red Catuai lot is deeper, bigger, and more complex than last seasons offering. We are also pleased to announce that the Ethiopian coffees we sourced during our trip to Ethiopia in February have also arrived. The washed Yirg was the standout on the cupping table this morning -- about as full-flavored as a coffee can be with a little of everything going on in the cup. And the dry-processed Boke lot is outstanding -- deep dried strawberry and blackberry jam.
