New Hire at ISTS Mr. Eric Duffy is joining ISTS to fill a newly created full-time position. Eric will serve as Director of Training and Development. Eric is a 28 year fire service veteran, having retired as a Firefighter with the Lexington Fire Department, and as an Assistant Chief with the Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Department. Eric was Chief Training and Safety Officer PRP which over employs over 100 firefighters. Eric was instrumental in creating training need assessments, design and development of written course materials, maintaining training records and was a subject matter expert in providing classroom and hands-on training topics. He holds OSHA Training Certifications in Hazmat, Permit Required Confined Spaces, and Lockout/Tagout.
