You will be programming CNC machine to facilitate the manufacture of production tooling and trimming of plastic components. Key Responsibilities: • The design of 3D Tools and fixtures using Siemens NX software • Creation and modification of CNC programs that facilitates the machining of production parts to engineering design • Optimization of CNC programs to achieve maximum efficiency • Prepare programming documentation • Compliance to existing best practice standards Essentials: 3+ years’ experience in CNC Programming and Thermoforming Tool design using Siemens NX or similar or Qualification in a related engineering discipline at NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma or above.
