Just heard that the President is again changing the Affordable - TopicsExpress

Just heard that the President is again changing the Affordable Care Act. Now he is going to allow the insurance companies to sell policies that do not meet the requirements of the law, again without the approval of the congress. What he keeps from saying is that the law was passed with the grandfather clause in place. That was the If you like your insurance you can keep your insurance provision of the law. The problem came some 3 months after the law was passed and the rules to install the law were written by the administration. That is when the rule about any change in your policy would negate the grandfathering of your insurance policy. My question now is how can one man change the law. The ACA mandate so many standard that the president now said the insurance companies have another year to meet. This man just changes the laws as he see fit. The new requirements of the law will require the insurance companies to increase the price just to cover the requirements of the law. Your old policies are now unlawful if they do not meet all the standards. This is the first step on the way to a one payer system. The Congress can now change the law anyway they want and we the people will have no recourse but to comply. If you can not tell I do not support this law and would love to see it repeal.
