We are currently recruiting an experienced Telesales Professional to join the team. We are offering excellent flexi hours for the right candidate. Both Full Time and Part Time hours are available. For example, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 3pm or evenings are available. You will take charge of your own work load and manage priorities. You will also be experience in working to targets and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: *Contacting small and medium sized businesses identified from internal databases. *Generate Corporate Insolvency appointments for our corporate insolvency consultants. *Updating the CRM database with the relevant information (Full training provided). *Managing workload to ensure targets and deadlines are met. *Manage own time effectively with basic administration duties. Key Skills: *Excellent telephone manner. *Good customer service skills. *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Strong negotiating skills. *A good team worker but also be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative *Computer literate with experience in using Excel and Word. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous experience working in a telesales role and someone with confidence in their own abilities.
