Duties: Perform routine general labor building attendant maintenance activities in line with keeping building clean and in orderly condition, notifying management of need for repair, as noticed. Perform duties, such as mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls, mirrors, and glass. Replenish receptacles, and cleaning common areas throughout facility. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Requirements: Professional and verifiable job-related experience Able to pass a drug screen Able to pass a criminal background check Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have steel toe boots Ear plugs, safety glasses, and gloves will be provided.
