New Job Business Development Executive - NORTH/CW/BDE Industry: Sales Job Type: Permanent Location: North West London, England Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum + OTE £35,000 A rare opportunity has arisen for 2 x Business Development Executives to join a fantastic team located in North West London. Our client is a growing mobile phone and fixed line communications provider (B2B) who is searching for highly motivated and talented professionals to join their team and grow with the company. Our client is a forward thinking and unique company that has built a strong reputation within this competitive industry through remaining independent and providing a fantastic service by combination of price, service and call quality. As a BDE you will be provided with a large geographical area and expected to develop and implement sales / marketing plans to maximise contract potential and secure new business. You will be required to contact and canvass new business within your designated area, book appointments, prepare and deliver formal presentations to SMEs, report weekly sales activity to sales manager in agreed format and convert new sales into business partnerships within a reasonable time frame. In return you will enjoy realistic and achievable bonus, on the job continuous training and the chance to grow and become exceptionally skilled master of sales. The ideal applicants will posses: *Proven experience in a B2B sales and development *Passion about sales and able to meet and exceed set KPIs *Ability to get in front of the decision maker and be a good presenter and clear communicator *Diplomacy, tact, confidence and good negotiation skills *Judgement and decision-making skills *Competent IT skills are vital *You will need to be a dynamic self-starter and a develop a good understanding of communications technology *Educated to at least A-Level *Hold a full clean driving licence Desired but not essential: *Graduate level education preferred If you feel you have what it takes to go that extra mile, want to be a part of a fast paced and lively team to become a successful B2B professional then please apply.
