New Job Customer Services Advisor - Inbound - CSA1 Industry: Call Centre and Customer Service Job Type: Permanent Location: Sheffield, England Salary: £16000 per annum + Bonus £2000 Customer Services Advisor - Inbound £16,000 plus Bonus SHEFFIELD ************************************************************************************* Role: To take inbound calls from those wishing to make a motor claim and upselling additional services Salary: £16,000 plus bonus Location: North Sheffield with free parking or easily accessible via tram Hours: Full Time Permanent, Immediate start following satisfactory references The hours of work are 8-5, 9-6 or 10-7 Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in every 3 weeks Joining an experience insurance company, your role will be to speak to clients with an insurance claim. Speaking to a diverse range of clients you will be responsible to build rapport and empathise with each client. You will join a small, friendly team in the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Department. You will guide clients through the details of their claim and process this. This is predominantly a telephone based role. Responsibilities: * To handle new claims in a professional and empathetic manner * To maintain and keep updated the case management system * Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * To adhere to FSA and Data Protection regulations at all times Candidates with previous experience working in a call centre environment would be of particular interest as candidates must demonstrate a telephone manner. Equally those with experience of working in the insurance sector with knowledge of liability would be of interest.
