New Job Finance Controller - LEH/11627 Industry: Manufacturing and Production Job Type: Permanent Location: Telford, England Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum + bonus greenwellgleeson are exclusively working with a large manufacturing group wo are looking to recruit a new Finance Controller. The role will require the provision of accurate, timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Accounts and control over weekly Profit & Loss , close liaison with the senior management team to ensure that all Company Goals are met or exceeded. Specific duties include: Production of weekly , monthly and annual accounts for presentation to Commercial Director; Ensure all inter-company balances, debtors and creditors, are reconciled pro-actively every month with Central Finance; Create the monthly Management pack for local Management Team; Full responsibility for Group Yearly Continuous Improvement Programme; Complete monthly control accounts including investigations where necessar; Control of all Group monthly/quarterly reporting into Central Finance; Full preparation of annual Budgets and Forecasts and weekly Dashboards; Full understanding of Group costing module and involvement with Manufacturing Engineering team. You will be a finalist or qualified accountant with a robust background in manufacturing. You will be positive and have persuasive interpersonal skills with resilience to make robust challenges, strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively, confident communication and presentation skills, revious supervisory experience - desirable. Strong Excel skills and ideally SAP would be useful.
