New Job HR Officer Job - Somerset - DAC11484 Industry: Human Resources and Personnel Job Type: Permanent Location: Somerset, England Salary: £30000 - £35000 per annum + plus benefits We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Officer to come in and work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of an exciting and growing food manufacturing business. This a Monday-Friday HR Officer position within a fast moving food manufacturing business and so someone with a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR Officer role in which you will be involved in a number of areas whilst ensuring that the companys policies and procedures are adhered to. For this HR Officer position a CIPD qualification will be of interest (they are happy with full or part qualified) but it is not essential as long as you have experience in a similar type of HR position. This company is looking for someone that has worked in a HR environment within a Manufacturing environment and ideally does have experience of operating in the food industry. Communication skills at all levels will be important as will the ability to challenge decisions. Enjoying working in a fast paced, ever changing HR environment is certainly going to be key.
