Reporting to the Quality & Administration Manager, this position will have overall responsibility for developing and delivering company training requirements ensuring accurate records are maintained on the companies training records data base. Ensuring compliance with company H&S standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems to achieve accreditation. Ensure Company EHS targets are achieved. Develop and deliver training to all levels of staff as required to ensure capability is maintained Ensure accurate training records are maintained. Undertake risk assessments of the process and review at regular intervals Conduct branch and site QEHS audits, report and follow up actions Ensure all routine checks and inspections are completed and recorded Regularly review EHS performance, identify trends and advise action Support accident investigation requirements as required. Train personnel in EHS disciplines Champion problem solving/continuous improvement Liaise with the EHS Department on all EHS management activities Skills and Experience The job holder must have experience of Health & Safety delivery and BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems. The candidate should hold the NEBOSH National Gereral Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
