New Job IT / Broadcast Systems Support Engineer - 241701R1 Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Salary: £28000 per annum + benefits IT Systems Support Engineer - Broadcast & Media to £28,000 per annum Based: London W5 The Role Reporting to the IT Systems Manager - Access Services, the IT Systems Support Engineer - Broadcast & Media will provide system support and maintenance for multi-site, remote and home working users. You will be the first line of response for all technology issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, escalating them to internal and 3 rd party suppliers as appropriate. The IT / Broadcast Systems Support Engineer will implement ITIL service management, assist in the rollout of hardware / software projects, identifying potential system weaknesses and maintaining technical standards of equipment, systems and work logs ( Altiris ) for installations, modifications and repair. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels to varied audiences. The ability to work as an effective member of a team and offer high standards of customer service is essential. The role requires some shift rota work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
