About the role: You will be involved in managing a range of residential property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, remortgages and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. Managing files through to exchange and completion. Achieving fee income targets to ensure profitable working. Achieving completion targets Help with marketing initiatives in all departments To offer guidance and assistance to more junior members of the team. About you: You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years + PQE within Conveyancing, although applications will be considered from those with alternative qualifications such as a legal executive You will be efficient and well organised and have excellent written and oral communication skills Flexibility and willingness to provide support as required to Partners and staff within the office Excellent knowledge of property processes and procedures CRA Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
