New Job O&M Co-ordinator - DJS16 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: Bracknell, England Our client is a large company specialising in high end Fit-Out looking a highly organised individual compiling the Operation & Maintenance Manuals for Southern projects division. A proactive individual with good communication and social skills who will be responsible for: Operation & Maintenance Manuals: -Preparing templates ready to send out to the Project Manager and Subcontractors -Sending draft manuals for comment to the relevant people -Ensuring any changes/comments are incorporated and the correct information received before handover -Producing a hard copy for issue to the client on the handover date -Compiling the O&M Manual CD when all information has been received and distributing them to the Project Team -Delivery at handover is critical to achieving Perfect Delivery Admin Duties: -Subcontractor Scores - making sure these are completed and finalised and then sending the scores out to subcontractors -Sending the case study templates to Project Managers at the end of the project, forwarding on to marketing once complete -Liaising with Project Manager and Photographer for Project Photos A good team player, with an ability to work with and support the team. Someone who is not easily offended, as working in a mainly male environment. Strong organisational skills and a good sense of humour. An effective communicator, with the ability to communicate at all levels, sometimes with clients. Work on own initiative and enjoy working in a busy office environment. Reporting to the PA/Office Manager.
