Monitors systems, responds to problems and plans for growth. Responds to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, troubleshooting, and software repair. Performs additional job duties as required. Candidate Requirements: You should have knowledge of Windows Operating system, Windows Server tools, Microsoft office, virtualization and applications like DNS, DHCP, file system security, backups, etc. You are an expert on installing, configuring and maintaining client operating systems and applications like Windows 7, Office 365, Anti-Virus, Open Office, etc. You have knowledge in setting up and configuring servers, laptops, client pcs, network infrastructure like cables crimping, routers, switches, firewalls, wi fi, mobile devices, telephone network, Internet leased lines and printers. You have expert knowledge of client server security, configuration of firewalls, intrusion detection systems. You have the ability to troubleshoot problems in any of the above mentioned areas. You have an Undergraduate or graduate Degree in Computer Science or related course in Management Information Systems (MIS). Fresher can also apply.
