New Job Opening – Marketing and Sales Associate Le Maitre, USA is looking for a Marketing and Sales Associate to join their North America corporate team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will be primarily responsible for direct sales of special effects, website content, social media, promotions, and email campaigns. As the Marketing and Sales Associate, you will be in charge of our direct sales efforts and developing and executing new email campaigns, monitoring all data and analytics, and presenting ad-hoc reports and performance metrics as needed. In addition you will provide customer service support for our special effects products and work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing Manager (based in the UK). Le Maitre, USA is responsible for sales, marketing, distribution and service for pyrotechnics and special effects in North American which are manufactured by our parent company, Le Maitre, LTD which is based in the United Kingdom. Le Maitre’s products are used in concert tours, theatre, corporate and special events, traveling shows, military and first responders around the globe. Responsibilities Conceives and executes website and email marketing programs to increase customer awareness and drive product sales in conjunction with Marketing Manager. Develop email communications, plans, strategies and online offers for North America. Create and manage email campaigns using customer email database and third party email servicer. Create and manage social media marketing campaigns. Create advertising and promotions in conjunction with Marketing Manager. Maintains customer email database(s). Track all email marketing campaigns and report on their successes and weaknesses, make appropriate recommendations and proactively build new programs based on findings. Create weekly and monthly reports on direct website sales and email marketing campaigns. Respond to all customer inquiries for special effects and forward pyrotechnic inquiries to appropriate party. Answer phones. Assist Marketing Manager with the planning and managing of companywide marketing initiatives. Assist Marketing Manager with maintaining company website(s). Assist with all requests or issues and escalate as needed. Requirements Knowledge or experience in the entertainment, theatre, concert touring, and/or special events industries is a plus. Education level: at a minimum Associates degree in Marketing. Three to Five (3-5) years of email related marketing, website development, or other relevant experience. Must have experience in developing email campaign strategies and the ability to execute, monitor and report on performance. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to prepare any necessary graphic files to be used in email campaigns. Some knowledge of CRM processes. Knowledge and experience in social media marketing campaigns. lemaitreusa
