New Job Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator - 241713A Industry: Financial Services Job Type: Permanent Location: Market Harborough, England Salary: £20000 - £30000 per annum + dep on experience Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator - £20,000 to £30,000 depending on experience/qualifications Based: Market Harborough, Leicestershire The Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator will be responsible for producing suitability and review reports including product recommendations for clients, dealing with ongoing portfolio administration, ensuring all administration is carried out in line with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and current relevant FCA rules at all times. The Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator must be a technically competent individuals with CF exam qualifications, or studying for these and experienced in a broad range of financial services products. The Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator you will understand the documentation and compliance requirements of the industry together with the regulation and risk involved when dealing with new and existing clients. The Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator should also be familiar with compliance, TCF, T&C, financial crime and Anti-Money Laundering Procedures, keeping up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes as required. The Paraplanner / IFA Financial Administrator will be involved in debriefings from adviser following client meetings, analysing data and using research tools to provide solutions, recording details of research undertaken, portfolio administration and preparing client files ready for review on an ongoing basis.
