New Job Sales Support Administrator - SR12052014 Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Permanent Location: Sunbury-On-Thames, England Salary: £20000 per annum The role requires a self-starter who takes initiative and is good at managing both theirs and others time. In a fast-paced sales environment, excellent communication, attention to detail and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities: Supporting the Corporate sales team including creating sales documents and proposals, obtaining pricing from suppliers, providing support where required as well as handling clients and prioritising client requests while the sales team is out of the office. Main duties: Providing all admin support for the Corporate sales team Contacting suppliers to negotiate prices on equipment requested by client Creating sales proposals Processing client orders Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM Liaising with customers, assisting with their enquiries Tenders - Assist in collecting information for tenders Answering the telephone and other ad hoc duties Essential skills required: Excellent organisational and administrative skills ideally in a Sales environment The ability to solve minor problems for team or client Good attention to detail The ability to communicate and liaise professionally with customers and suppliers Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
