Future, an international media group and leading digital business, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage, develop and grow client accounts for our digital software product, FutureFolio. As Senior Account Manager youll manage all relationships for our digital software product FutureFolio, our digital publishing platform (futurefolio.co.uk). Youll develop and grow account relationships with regards to this software as a service, delivering an efficient client service function with the aim of growing client satisfaction and client value. Youll establish and oversee the customers adoption, training and development of best practices and continually aim to drive incremental value and return on the investment. Youll be the primary contact for new customer enquiries and own the P&L of this product. Youll have demonstrable experience in a sales or account manager role within a software environment, and have a solid understanding of the software as a service business model. Previous experience gained within in a SaaS account management role is essential. Skilled at building strong and productive client relationships and delivering excellent customer service, youll be able to combine this with business development experience and a talent for developing creative solutions. You have impeccable communication skills and be a confident and skilled presenter. A commercial approach, youll be proactive, resourceful and have fantastic time management skills.
