New Job Site Manager - High-spec Residential Projects - London - GM/05265 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Site Manager required to join Main Contractor specialising in high-spec residential interiors. This company are renowned for delivering high quality interior fit-out projects for luxury residencies and hotels. Their head office is in Surrey, however the majority of their residential work takes place in West and Central London. They are now seeking a Site Manager to deliver high-end residential projects varying from £1m up to £15m in value. Project will typically be around the £5-6m mark and the successful candidate will be performing a mixture of no.1 and no.2 roles. The aforementioned no.1 roles will involve reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager and overseeing all operational aspects of projects around £2m in value. The no.2 roles will involve reporting directly to a site-based Project Manager and overseeing a team of SMs and Finishing staff to ensure that the projects are completed to the high standards which the company has become known for. Daily duties will include programming, reporting, dealing with sub-contractors, client liaison etc. Candidates should come from a stable, proven background of delivering projects of a similar type and value for Main Contractors. Salary and package on offer are dependent on the experience of the candidate in question, a bonus package including travel allowance, healthcare, pension and an excellent bonus scheme is provided
