On the Question of what I would do if elected President, here are some of my opinions(would I get your vote?): Tie the salaries of all political offices to the minimum wage…the President should make 10 times the minimum wage and all other offices should be lower multiples. Then if the congress wants a pay raise they have to give one to the nation as well. Campaign funds are to be taken from federal contributions. Television stations and newspapers must give publication and advertisement in set amounts for each office…no private contributions are allowed AT ALL. No lobbying with gifts or incentives…to do so would be considered treason and punishable by life in prison…to accept would be considered treason and subject to death. Public debates would be the primary means for determining who the best candidate is for the job. Capital punishment would be practiced and a three strike rule would be enforced. Deliberate tampering with prosecution,(i.e. planting evidence or false testimony would be counted as a felony and any officer or public employee who betrays their trust will be terminated and prosecuted.) Any person convicted of three felonies would be subject to the death sentence. Once convicted a person would have very limited time to plea for a new trial and would have to have determined proof of injustice in the procedure to be granted a new trial. Swift execution of those who are sentenced to death…none of this hanging on for years with appeals…one appeal and only with just cause. Plea must be made within 90 days. Execution would be by means of injection or electrocution. Criminals are to be handcuffed to a mechanism that is self-triggered by movement. When they have been given fifteen minutes to make peace with God the unit is to be activated, and when they choose they control the time of activation. If they sit or squeeze they initiate the sequence…also if they choose to delay it will initiate by movement such as fainting or collapsing…if they choose they may be given a sedative that will enable them to drop off to sleep and die peacefully of their own accord as they drift off to sleep. Every person should be allowed the opportunity to work. Public employment opportunities should be available for all who are willing to work. Those deemed unwilling to work will be given ample opportunity, but if they are able, but refuse work they will be eliminated from public assistance. Those companies who have moved production out of our country to reduce labor costs will find tariffs that will make it unprofitable for them to sell to Americans. Courts shall become friendlier to the victims of crime, and less friendly to lawyers who overload the courts with frivolous lawsuits and ambulance chasers. Regulations will be placed and enforced that will make it a felony to distort the legal system for personal gain. Suits against medical professionals shall be limited to damages suffered and cost of recovery care. Malice of a sort must be proven to be the cause. Elected procedures shall be judges most harshly, as it is the patient’s responsibility to verify the ability of a cosmetic surgeon prior to election. Actual negligence must be proven, not merely dissatisfaction of acceptable results. Two convictions for the offense of frivolous suits may result in disbarment. Three felonies will result in death. Any court official convicted for any type of bribe will be sentenced to a minimum of fifteen years hard labor. ALL prisoners will work while incarcerated doing normal types of labor just as the private sector does. They will be expected to work not less than forty, but not more than forty eight hours per week. Failure to adequately complete work assignments will result in addition incarceration and or additional felony charges and possibly death. Every American shall be entitled to a college education as determined by financial need. Every state will have at least one and probably several Federal colleges. These colleges will be designated funding so that every person from a $50,000 or less income will receive a full scholarship and on a sliding scale of income as well as family size. This makes it very affordable for all who choose to and are capable to receive a college education. Personal deductions will be given for persons making less than $200,000 per year. Hardship deductions will be made for those with extreme and necessary expenses. Deductions will be reduced on a sliding scale until after $200,000 they are eliminated and the percentage taxable shall increase to a maximum of fifty percent on those making $2,000,000 and more. Tax laws will be rewritten to make it treason to deliberately avoid income taxation and shall be considered a severe felony punishable by mandatory prison time at manual labor and severe fines. To a person currently serving time for three or more felonies, any future conviction of a misdemeanor of incarcanible severity will be considered a felony for purposes of sentencing and shall result in a death sentence. We are not the judge of a prisoner’s salvation. That is still determined by God on judgment day, but we are the judge of a person fitness to be released on society. Those who feel they must exploit others in the society are not welcome in this society. All aliens living in these United States who can prove that they have gainful employment and sponsorship by an American citizen must register for citizenship. Failure to do so will result in deportation or incarceration at sentenced labor. Any person who comes to America on a work visa following all rules and regulations shall likewise be eligible for citizenship by proving gainful employment and sponsorship and all other rules of citizenship. No alien will be eligible for any form of public assistance without agreeing to work for it. A National lottery shall be introduced with the sole purpose of funding education on the national level. Any misuse or theft of educational monies or equipment will be considered treason and will be punishable under the laws of treason. For those under eighteen their parents will be responsible for the actions of their children and must reimburse for the cost of the damage and face the possibility of additional fines and or incarceration. Education is a privilege that is not to be taken lightly. To that end it is imperative that teachers and principals be allowed to dispense reasonable corporal punishment. It is also imperative that religious freedoms be returned to teachers and students and that prayer be returned to schools. It is further imperative that the study of Creationism as well as intelligent design and evolution is included so that the student may have all viable options to choose to believe. If and when an option is proven to be invalid then and only then shall it be removed from the education system. While it is evident that this nation was founded on Christian beliefs, and while it is in the best interest of this nation to adopt Christianity as its national religion, this nation was also founded for the freedom of religious practices and the freedom to not practice religion. Therefore while demonstrating the value of Christianity and accepting it as the national religion we will not in any way interfere with its practice in any area, public or private. We also will not interfere with the rights of those who choose not to practice the religion to be excused from any assemblage where it is practiced, and schools must access a facility to protect those who wish to be excused from the assemblies and be entitled to private ceremonies where they feel they would be unduly influenced by the practice of the National religion. We must also accept that as it was not the method of Jesus to forcefully press the gospel on others, it is also not beneficial to force others to adhere to Christian principles. The law must therefore enforce a Jesus example type of regulation on individual cases…meaning that we follow the example of not doing more than Jesus showed. Disability and Social Security shall also be aligned with the national minimum wage with a base of 100% the minimum wage and an upward sliding scale based on the number of years of employment, and the amount of wages earned while employed. This should be capped at 200% of minimum wage. Those who choose to work after reaching retirement age will be allowed to collect payments at a reduced rate on a sliding scale so that any one making 200% of minimum wage or more will not be eligible to receive income benefits unless their income drops below the guideline limit. Dividends and interest payments and all monies received in normal taxable means shall apply for figuring the benefit amount. SSI was meant as a stop gap to protect the retirement of those who were gainfully employed and those who would have been gainfully employed but were not able to work. It was never intended, nor shall it be a means for the wealthy to prosper from the tax system. The death benefit shall be raised to $10,000, and/ or a benefit of a government made coffin and a public burial or cremation and the benefit of $5000. This will keep funeral planners from profiteering on the backs of the grief stricken. Prisons shall be used to manufacture the coffins and vaults. Markers may also be ordered through government systems. Military institutions are to be revamped so that all who choose and are fit may undergo basic training and fitness with military preparedness, following current military guidelines. Military pay would also be based on minimum wage in percentage format beginning with 100% and progressing on a sliding scale for rank in each branch of the service. Added incentives shall be available for various situations and needs of the military. A revamping of defense acquisitions is also to be made with suppliers providing issue on a more equitable value. Nothing available from a supplier shall be charged over general retail. Specialized equipment shall be paid in the form of research and development time, plus cost per material and assemblage and average market mark-up, based on the closest comparable item in the marketplace. Any supplier convicted of price gouging shall be eliminated from bidding on or supplying any military or government equipment, and officers of the company may face imprisonment and/or fines. The government is no one’s piggy bank. Any special project funded by the government that is deemed to be of a useless or of a defrauding manner, will result in the termination of funding, and the immediate dismissal of the sponsor, as well as charges of fraud or treason and the fining of all who appear to be involved and convicted in same said activity will be fined in a minimum of the cost defrauded from the government. Lest we forget the government is not some large vague entity. We are the government and the government is us. Each of us owns a piece of this great country and it is up to us to monitor its development and protection. To that end it would be my stance to be friendly to every nation in spite of past grievances. I would willingly accept a face to face meeting with all leaders, and would embellish an open line of communication. Ta any nation that believes they can alter the course of this nation by training, harboring, or in any way aiding any person that commits acts of terrorism in this country, I declare that we will hold the entire nation responsible for breeding such acts. I would not be opposed to removing any leader or performing a scale amount of damage to any nation who brings destruction on our nation. As we have and continue to be attached both spiritually and politically to Israel I would proclaim a similar approach to any who would attack her. I would fully support any retaliatory strike against any nation that would allow terrorism and terrorist attacks against Israel, and issue strong warning against Gaza and any Palestinian territory that would raise a hand against Israel. I am not opposed to razing any nation that believes destruction solves any situation. Therefore I would give an order to any nation who believes that they have the right to create situations that endangers either America or Israel, because I would not hesitate to destroy their military capability and claim their lands for our nation or for Israel. On that position I take a very hard stand.
