New Job Technical Services Manager Required - London - GM/04944 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: City of London, England Salary: £50000 - £60000 per annum + pension, healthcare, insurance, bonuses Technical Services Manager required to join £60m turnover contractor based in Central London. This company have grown steadily over the past few years and are currently seeking a TSM to assist in the delivery of a number of upcoming projects in London. These projects will consist of a good mix of full-scale refurbishments, new builds and fit-outs and will vary in value from fast track works of £1m to larger prestigious projects around £12m. These will be in the Residential, Commercial and Education sectors (amongst others). The company has a good track record of delivering projects on time and achieving sustainable growth. The company pride themselves on creating a positive, friendly and productive office atmosphere and on providing solutions for difficult projects. The role would involve working under the Technical Director and splitting ones time between Head Office in the City and either smaller concurrent projects or larger schemes within the M25. Candidates from all walks will be considered but a stable, proven track record of working with Main Contractors is preferred. The salary will be circa £55k but will vary dependent on the experience and background of a given candidate - essentially they will pay what is required to get the right kind of staff on board. A remuneration package consisting of a pension scheme, healthcare, life insurance and bonuses will also be provided.
