New McLean County Coroner Kathleen Davis sworn in BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The McLean County Board has approved the appointment of Kathleen Davis as the McLean County Coroner. Davis replaces longtime McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling, who retired earlier this month. She was selected from a field of eight prospective candidates. Davis is an advanced practice/emergency medicine nurse for Advocate Medical Group. Davis was sworn in today at the board’s meeting.
