New Product Reveal. Something we have been working on for quite some time; we think its time for the jeep community to give us their thoughts. Introducing the (Patent pending) GCP-1 GCP-1 is a semi concealed versatile storage system for the Jeep JK UNL with a hard top. GCP-1 is installed in a space never used before in a vehicle for storage: the dead space behind the roll bar forward of the rear window. The space used for the GCP-1 does not interfere with any current storage areas in the Jeep JK and easily accessable via the rear gate and opening rear glass. Production version will have two secure compression locks; one on each side and will not have the center handle. The units hinges attach using factory hardware at the roll bar and the lock plates attach to the hollow structure of the rear hardtop above the rear window using nut certs. The GCP-1s multiple storage uses will be up to the end user: but the possibilites are numerous. Production release is schedued for 1st quarter 2015, base unit will be all aluminum Made in the USA and will come with gas dampening struts for ease in operation; future options will be additional vehicles, Molle web inserts, closed cell foam and custom fit rifle cases.
