New Sparkling Blog Post: When are you going to be ready? When the fear is gone? The uncertainty has waned? When the skies part and the hand of God reaches down and points the way? How about when the money magically appears? Or when there are gobs of time for you to dive on in? Maybe you will be ready when everything is laid out neatly in front of you, work already done and all you have to do is show up. Being ready and then actually acting on it might require that you be afraid. You may have to begin before the path shows itself completely. You may spend money to support yourself in ways that seem totally scary. At some point there will be a stretch. A leap. There will be some reason to make an excuse and you get to decide if you are going to listen or not. The truth is if you are willing to make excuses over and over about something you say you really want…then maybe you prefer the fantasy over the reality. If that is the case, it’s ok to drop vision. Let’s face it…it hurts big time when we spend our days wishing for something that we are never going to create. And, yes, all of the excuses seem so very real. You can make real cases for limited time. Limited money. Limited awareness of where to go after that first magical step is taken. Yet the moment you see the story and step into to creating rather than repeating it…you will know that you can do anything. Otherwise, the reasons that stop you now will be what stops you always...
