New Years Message from Grace Elohim via Alison David Bird: “The first quarter of 2015 will prove challenging from some as significant downloads and activations are creating a kick-start in the new configuration. It will seem like someone kicked over a jar of marbles. Energies will feel scattered and spread in many directions like water traveling through narrow tributaries before filling the spaces in between until finally immersing everything. Physically people will feel tired, in some cases drained, as older energies bleed from them before new light encodings can fill the spaces left behind. They will experience interruptions of service in some areas of cognizance and memory, focus and concentration. They will feel confusion and allow fear to manifest physical ailments. 2015 is significant as the temperatures are raised and electromagnetics are increased. Shorting of circuitry will occur in many, as existing programs will simply experience overload. We advise that people be aware of these changes and decide in advance of them to stand firm and not be shaken. It will feel like tremors and movements in the Earth, but it is actually being experienced within the strands of their own DNA. Q: What can people do to help themselves? Stay calm and centered. Breathe, drink water, eat fresh, and avoid negativity where possible. Seek quite spaces and stillness.. be cosseted by loved ones, friends and animals.. commune with nature and TRUST. The old programming is being striped away like atoms dispersing. Be strong and remember all you have learned about this time. This is the time when some will want to turn and run. This action will simply make you vulnerable. March on, head high and chin forward: “As I walk through the valley of death I will feel no evil..” We are with you and there is no danger, simply the fear of the unknown.
