New Zealand Tour Update. Were a five piece band for these shows, with Finn Scholes joining us on trumpet & hammond/juno organs, & Tom Healy on electric guitar. We are now in the South Island after a beauty long drive & ferry ride across Cook Strait (thanks for having us play on the ferry, trusty Interislander). Shows this week... Thursday 5th (tomorrow) in Picton, with a show at Le Cafe Picton. Yesterday we stopped by and checked out their tasty looking treats and lovely elephant/beercap wallhanging. Looking forward to this ~ we play at 7.30pm. On Friday 6th we finally play Lytteltons very special Wunderbar with Aldous Harding, doors 8pm. On Saturday 7th we play in Dunedin at Taste Merchants, doors 8pm. Pre-sales for this show have sold out (10 tickets still available on the door), so we have added an extra earlier show….5.30pm doors, with $10 doorsales. We are excited to have Kane Strang as our special guest opening the later 8pm Dunedin show.
