New favorite side dish and my first time eating this veggie. One of the delicious perks of working at the Farmers Markets with the band is they get tipped in market wares by the vendors. The first time we got fresh whole grain bread and kale. This time we got an assortment of dark green leafy vegetables. I dont know what some of them are, but no matter! We can find a way! So here was tonights first: Sautéed Swiss Chard Butter, olive oil, onions, garlic, salt. Only takes a few minutes and goes beautifully with ham, red potatoes, and slices of Bartlett pears. Yummy!
