New inspiration for using external 3rd party tuners with the rig: Wire a cable from the LINEAR jack to the tuner or an own tune-button: pin 10 versus ground on the 10 pin mini din socket should give you a 10W carrier suitable for tuning. ------------------------------------------ Doing this instead of my earlier posted connection to one of the CW-key jacks will make tuning independant from your CW-power settings, it is a much more elegant solution and avoid accidentially tuning with 100W and other little problems that occur with my earlier solution. I just ordered a couple of 10 pin mini din sockets, and i will keep you posted once the wiring is complete.
