New letter: Dear Friend, Elliot Lamecker, successful businessman, sports fanatic and trusted friend to many, needs your help. An accident last October left him with a serious spinal cord injury causing paralysis and an uncertain prognosis. Elliot has an amazing spirit and is eager to do anything he can to improve the use of his arms and hands, and possibly even walk again. He would like to be admitted to the A.B.L.E. program (video at couragecenter.org) of intensive therapy at the Courage Center so that he can attain the highest mobility possible. It is a costly program and he needs our help to have the opportunity to attend. We are holding a benefit picnic for Elliot on August 4th, 2013 from 2-6PM at Apple Jack’s Orchard (4875 37th Street SE, Delano, MN 55328) where there will be food and fun, as well as a silent auction and raffle. Can you help by donating something for Elliot’s event? We would be grateful for anything you may be able to give: gift certificate, raffle/silent auction item or a cash donation.
