Ensure you set yourself before you shoot 3. @1.47 (drill starts @2.12@ Sprint and use short choppy steps to slow yourself whilst remaining able to move either direction, hands up. Pivot into the catch, stay low to recieve the pass. 4. @2.38 Alternate sides to utlize correct footwork as you step into your shot (inside foot first as you go around the cone). Stay low and sidestep, dont run side to side here. 5. @3.21 Keeping low on your dribble grab and throw the cone behind you, then crossover the balll before pick up the tennis ball. 6. @3.57 Up to the athlete which side is chosen first. Ensure you use the inside foot first as you come around the cone and catch the pass. Change your speed by slowing and then exploding as you go around the cones. 7. @4.48- both feet in the key and both feet outside the 3pt arc (cones here) to exhagerrate the explosions. On the catch look to use 1 dribble only (if possible), this forces you to extend your escape dribble and explode. Make 3 at each spot. a. Basic line cuts b. V-cuts c.
