New menu item-I know that Diane Boston will be getting up in an hour or so...Im sure this isnt the first thing she wants to see in the morning, but in honor of our mutual friend Mark Hatch, and in response to rumors that radish season is almost over, weve added a new item to the house menu. We call it the Hatch-Cobb salad. Mixed greens, radishes, thinly sliced steak, shaved cheese and hard boiled egg. Spicy Lite Italian and Light Roasted Sesame Asian dressing available. 8 ounces of sickly sweet catalina dressing not included. Available on deck facing golf course or breakfast area. Not available in main dining room. I wonder what Mary Lou Bergenstock Mingle and Ramon Hatch would think?
