New music ideas pop into my consciousness all the time - usually when I cant act on em. I have at least 4 recording projects I need to start (then finish!), if not more. Untold hours . And nobodys buying CDs anymore. Still, Its how I paint on canvas, and I feel driven to do this. Beethoven once wrote, ... only Art it was that withheld me, ... it seemed impossible to leave the world until I had produced all that I felt called upon me to produce, and so I endured this wretched existence ... So, I am trying to wrap up outstanding obligations and gear up for a massive push to get the sounds I am hearing in my inner ear into a tangible form that others can hear, too. Making a living gets in the way. But, still, I HAVE to do this. And, who knows? Maybe somebody else will enjoy listening to it someday ...
