New mustang did super good today! He is very sweet and inquisitive. Have decided on a positive reinforcement approach for this fella. Ill be using the same methods I used for my first EMM horse. Today we worked on handfeeding and targeting. Im confident this is the way to go with this horse but our progress the first month or two will seem to move at a glacial pace. Thats the interesting thing about PR. If you have the patience to get through the first stages, pretty soon things will go lightning quick. He sure is a cool fella. Beautiful mover and smart as can be!
