New rumors are sparking up that Tom Baker himself has confirmed his return for The Day Of The Doctor, he said he confirmed it himself but their is no official conformation. If this rumor is true then Moffat Would have written for 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 then 12, The War Doctor and his five Curse Of Fatal Death Doctors. A Total Of 13 Doctors.
