New squat PR since ive really focused on doing everything correctly. I took like a full month just doing 135lbs because of my lower back pain. Now i focus on keeping my heels down and not moving. My knees dont buckle in on my way back up. Back completely straight. Still alot to improve on. I used to do over 315lbs and thought i did it correctly because i went 90 degrees but im sure thats why i had pains. Today i did 2 set of warm ups and tested some weights and making sure my form was correct. 235 for 5 245 for 5 255 for 5 265 for 5
