New today: due to the awesome health and wellness enthusiasm in Leoti and the large number of early birds looking to lengthen and strengthen, we are adding a class from 6-7 Wednesday and Friday mornings. If your excitement or curiosity gets the best of you, let me know, and I will let you know which classes still have spaces available! (With this added class, the only one completely sold out is Thursday night. I would add a Tuesday night class, but it seems there are a lot of other things going on in Leoti on Tuesday night. However, with enough interest, I would do it.)
