Newcastle Jets are expected to Sign Australian Striker/Winger Nelly Yoa Yoa, who had been training with Melbourne Victory FC prior to his vicious machete attack back in 2012, completed a 4 month trial at English giants Chelsea, under Rafa Benitze and Jose Mourinho last summer. Yoa also spent 8 weeks on trial with Queen Park Rangers under Harry Redknapp and recently played a full season with Wolverton FC in London and Qormi of Malta, alongside Enoch Balotelli, the younger brother of Mario Balotelli. Yoa is expected to train with the Jets as early as Monday 3/02/2014. Yoa was spotted training last week with the Jets squad after rejecting offers from rival teams Perth Glory and Melbourne Heart FC and J-league outfit F.C. Tokyo.
