News Flash!: October 23, 2013- First Official White House Firing Over Benghazi!!!! Wait…..what? Are you kidding me? It appears the person fired was a Obama Administration insider working on Middle East issues who was behind insults to the Obama Administration through a secret Twitter account. So there you have it. No one has been punished whatsoever, except a WH Senior National Security official who suggested there is a cover up. Dang it! For a second there I thought we might be seeing something from Obama about keeping his promise not to rest until he and Hilary Clinton find, capture and prosecute the Benghazi terrorist. I’d prefer they simply kill them, but that’s just me. Anyway, no such luck, in an effort to continue to hide any and all information from the public concerning Benghazi, the WH Administration fired one of their own who created a Twitter account which offered a barrage of insults at insiders within the Administration. According to Reuters: “A senior White House official who was helping negotiate nuclear issues with Iran has been fired after being unmasked as the acidic voice behind a Twitter account known for its insults of public figures at the White House...” “Jofi Joseph was director of nuclear non-proliferation on the White House National Security Council staff, but for more than two years sent hundreds of anonymous and abrasive tweets using the handle @NatSecWonk.” Here is one Tweet that I’d have hoped a few reporters caring about our 1st Amendment and national security might pick up on, but no such luck; Look, Issa is an ass, but hes on to something here with the @HillaryClinton whitewash of accountability for Benghazi, he tweeted. Hmmmm, so here we have a Senior WH official, who is in charge of nuclear proliferation and focused on the Middle East and he is telling us that there is a cover up on Benghazi. Yep, Issa and the rest of us are paranoid. Nothing to see here. It’s a phony scandal and we Republicans and Tea Party types seeking truth and justice are wing nuts and need to be crushed. Mr. Joeseph, I’m certain was told in no uncertain terms that he, his family and anyone else he might give a rip about would be much better off if he simply apologized and went into obscurity. And, with a willing Press, that is precisely what will occur.
