News Release 08/15/2014 Sheriff Lavender reports that his office was dispatched to a North Fork Drive residence on 08/14/2014 shortly before midnight in reference to a Robbery. Deputies arrived and spoke to a male and a female victim who advised that they were in the residence watching television. Both victims advised that 3 males entered the residence with their faces covered and that one of them was carrying a dark colored gun. The victims were able to give a description of a vehicle they saw in front of the residence as the suspects were leaving. The vehicle was located by the Chillicothe Police Department. Detectives were called in to investigate and during the course of the investigation two of the suspects have been arrested. They are 23 year old Michael Turner and 18 year old Carl Harris. Both are charged with Robbery and are currently in the Ross County Jail. The third suspect (a juvenile) is known, but has not been charged yet. Sheriff Lavender would like to thank the Chillicothe Police Department and the Ohio Highway Patrol for their assistance in this investigation.
