Driver Octavion Ford, B/M, DOB 11-15-88 was issued a summons for Loud Music 5-21-13 On the above date, Officer Jeff Braden was dispatched to 7&7 for a theft. Suspect Dexter Lewis, B/M, DOB 7-1-71, Suspect Ravon Brooks, B/M, DOB 10-1-73, and Suspect Shonteria Brown, B/F, DOB 5-30-82 were seen walking from the store carrying a case of beer and refused to come back to pay for it. All three were arrested for Theft 5-22-13 On the above date, Sgt Paul Arbogast initiated a traffic stop on SW Front @ E Arkansas. Driver Ryan Reddix, B/M, DOB 8-4-80 was found to be driving without a valid license. Mr. Reddix was arrested for DUS 5-23-13 On the above date, Officer Cleveland Douglas initiated a traffic stop on Jackson @ Ann. Driver Albino Cruz, H/M, DOB 9-12-78 was issued a citation for Stop Sign 5-29-13 On the above date, Capt Nicole Ellis and Capt Louis Florence were dispatched to W Georgia in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found Suspect Tracy Thomas, B/F, DOB 6-14-75 and Suspect Sammie Sullivan, B/M, DOB 8-15-59 were found to be on their front porch yelling at each other and admitted to pushing each other. Both were arrested for DTP On the above date, Officer Clint Alexander was dispatched to S Pine in reference to a theft. Suspect Priscilla Scott, W/F, DOB 11-4-55 was caught stealing seasoning packets and lettuce and placing the items in her purse. Ms. Scott was arrested and charged with Theft-Shoplifting. 6-1-13 On the above date, Officer Michael Delano initiated a traffic stop on S Pardue @ Bailey. Driver Tanner Burton, W/M, DOB 2-9-96 was issued a citation for No DL on Person 6-2-13 On the above date, Officer Clint Alexander and Officer Pam Gaye were dispatched to S Pine in reference to a disturbance. Upon contact, officers observed Suspect Ethel Hall, W/F, DOB 4-16-80 and Suspect Kimberly Moore, W/F, DOB 5-21-91 arguing and cursing very loudly. The altercation allegedly started after Ms. Hall talked badly about Ms. Moore’s children and Ms. Moore threw and started hitting Ms. Hall. Both were arrested for DTP by Fighting On the above date, Officer Edward Cottle and Officer Vernon Davis were dispatched to E Davis in reference to a disturbance. This was the third time officers were dispatched to this residence that same morning. Upon contact, Suspect Aundria Evans, B/F, DOB 5-29-73 was heard cursing at her husband loudly. Ms. Evans was issued a summons for DTP-Loud and Profane. 6-6-13 On the above date, Officer Shawn Fertenbaugh initiated a traffic stop on N Pine @ E Alabama. Driver Charles Holtzclaw, W/M, DOB3-14-92 was issued a citation for Switched Plates, Failure to Register Vehicle, and No Insurance. Mr. Holtzclaw’s vehicle was towed for the violations. On the above date, Officer Michael Delano arrested Suspect Timothy Martin, B/M, DOB 5-14-86 for an active warrant through VPD for Loud Music. On the above date, Deputy Chief Hart initiated a traffic stop on S Spruce @ James. Driver Charles Price, W/M, DOB 813-65 was issued a citation for DUS and Expired Tags On the above date, Officer Shawn Fertenbaugh initiated a traffic stop on N Pine @ Kentucky. Driver Kelly Baker, W/F, DOB 6-2-68 was issued a citation for Careless Operation and Texting While Driving 6-7-13 On the above date, Officer Shawn Fertenbaugh initiated a traffic stop on Camp @ Pine. Driver Detrick Brown, B/M, DOB 11-1-74 was issued a citation for No DL and Expired Tags On the above date, Officer Michael Delano initiated a traffic stop on NW Front @ E Louisiana. Driver Avery Fisher, B/M, DOB 11-22-81 was issued a citation for DUS 6-8-13 On the above date, Officer Edward Cottle initiated a traffic stop on Old Atlanta Rd. Driver Cody Addie, W/M, DOB 6-1-85 was issued a citation for Speeding and Expired MVI On the above date, Officer Edward Cottle and Officer Michael Delano were dispatched to W Tennessee in reference to a banned person being on the property. Upon arrival, officers met with Suspect Lasherika Ewing, B/F, DOB 9-22-90 who was on the property to see her mother. A banning notice had been previously done for Ms. Ewing so she was arrested for Remaining After Forbidden.
