***News Release*** On September 24, 2014, Utica Police Departments Metro Narcotic Unit, along with the Utica/New Hartford Police Emergency Response Teams, NYS CNET & US Marshals Office, executed a no-knock search warrant at 1208 Schuyler Street, Utica in regards to the premises being used for the distribution of cocaine. Investigators arrested: *Ricardo Masse, age 41, resident therein, and *Raqueeb Shadreem, age 36, of Minvera Street, Syracuse. Both were charged with: *Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (misdemeanor), and *Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (misdemeanor). It is alleged that cocaine was seized during the search warrant execution. ***Please note*** All charges in this post are allegations, and arrestees are innocent until proven guilty.***
