News Release Tuesday May 6th: P201401316 Failure to Appear 1st & 2nd/ Failure to Pay or Plead: On Tuesday, May 6, 2014 South Windsor Police arrested Amy Erickson, age 45, of 206 Windemere Court, South Windsor on multiple re-arrest warrants. She was charged with Failure to Appear in the First degree, Failure to Appear in the Second degree (2 counts), and Failure to Pay or Plead (3 counts). Erickson was held on $25,000.00 surety bond and will be presented at Manchester Superior Court later today. Erickson’s warrants stem from missed courts for cases from several Connecticut towns. P201401300 Failure to Pay or Plead: On Monday, May 5, 2014 South Windsor Police arrested Jermane Lettman, age 34, of 144 East Harold St. Bloomfield, CT on an arrest warrant. Lettman was charged with Failure to Pay or Plead (an infraction). He was released on a $150.00 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at G.A. 14 -Hartford for the violation. P201401301 Violation of a Conditions of Release: On Monday, May 5, 2014 a South Windsor Police officer was on patrol on Pleasant Valley Road and was flagged down by a motorist. The operator complained that her passenger was being argumentative and trying to pull the keys out of the ignition. The officer learned that the passenger had been arrested earlier in the day and that her behavior violated a condition of her release. Officers arrested the woman, Kristina Guay, age 33, of 106 Ivy Lane, South Windsor. She was charged with Violation of Conditions of Release. Guay was held on $2500.00 surety bond will be presented at Manchester Superior Court later today.
