News : Sanjay Agarwal Bikram Mukhiya, a Sikkim student hailing from Mazjitar (Rangpo) studying in Acharya Institute of Technology in Bangalore was robbed on broad day light near college campus while he was returning back to campus. According to victim police of Soldivanhalli did not cooperate termed it headache for them and police unnecessarily. Incident took place on 28 April at 2 PM, where a unknown miscreant came near victim Bikram Mukhiya and threatened to give all belongings he posses on spot, miscreant also took Rs 4000 and mobile handset. Victim after being robbed came to room and informed his roommates , roommates and himself went to nearby police station but police refused to investigate as well as take action, is alleged!
