News from Ecops "" Please be aware of several Burglaries across Huntingdonshire that may affect your area. Suspects are travelling across the area most recently in Yaxley and Spaldwick entering insecure properties or insecure gardens both during the day and at night. It is apparent that properties with high boundaries and fences, visible security lighting, alarms and secure gardens are not being targeted therefore we ask that you look at your own property and consider or take advice on how you might make it safer and less appealing to criminals. Please remain vigilant in the current warm weather and lock your doors and windows even if you are only going out for a short period of time. When you are at home you will obviously want your windows and doors open to enjoy the warm weather, we only ask that you make it as difficult as possible for offenders to target your address and we are happy to speak to anybody who would like further advice as every home is different.
