News stories this week about more USL Pro expansion in the form of MLS teams starting their own clubs. Looks like well be seeing Real Salt Lake 2, Montreal Impact 2 and Vancouver Whitecaps 2 in the League (all plan to be ready for 2015). The format and schedule should get interesting with so much growth. These new MLS second squads join the already announced expansion teams Saint Louis FC, Tulsa Roughnecks, Colorado Switchbacks, Louisville City FC and Austin Aztex. By my count that makes 21 clubs for 2015. (with Orlando City leaving for MLS). And there are still rumors that we may get a few more before expansion closes.
