Newspapers report that at least one of the rapists of Mumbai,22 August 2013, is a police informer. [My own experience about the long time criminal of my own village is said to be similar, hence, brazen protection to the criminal by the local police; I am hiding the fact of social support to the criminals who also manage to enter into legislative arena]. There are many such horrific instances. This is what our Republic is upto!!
