Next Event on Saturday, 13th July 2013 @ 2.30pm - The Lantern Centre, 17 Synge St., Dublin 8 Jacquie Queally - Spirit of Burren Jackie will present some interesting perceptions/experiences of the Burren gathered over several years focussing on some earth grids she was given. The material is going to be included in a book she has written but not yet published, but pre-orders for the book would be very welcome. The Burren is famous for its wonderful geological formation, its caves and dolmens such as the Poulnabrone Dolmen. It is also renowned for its amazing collection of plants and animals, displaying many rare Irish species, some of which are only found in this area. Jackie gives tours of sacred sites in Scotland and Ireland, basing them on ley lines she is aware of in those areas. Dowsing is offered as an intrinsic part of the tours for anyone interested. Her main area of knowledge is Rosslyn Chapel and she has been studying the Burren for a long time. She was born in West London and lived in East Scotland for 19 years.
