Next Monday is Memorial Day, a three day week-end :-D I hope everyone will take an hour out of that long week-end, and join us to honor those who cannot spend time with their families. For quite some time, attendance has steadily declined at Memorial Day Ceremonies. I hope you will join us this year in order to keep this time honored tradition alive. There will be three (3) ceremonies in Pekin next Monday. 1. 9:00 A.M. Prairie Haven Cemetery on Veterans Drive. 2. 10:00 A.M. Riverfront Park at the foot of Court Street to honor the Navy & Marines. 3. 11:00 A.M. at the Veterans Cemetery on North 8th Street to honor the Army & Air Force. As always we will be releasing White Doves at each ceremony. PLEASE JOIN US, AND SHARE THIS POST WITH OTHERS!
